Pumpkin, Sea Salt Marshmallow Fudge

In case you can’t tell by now, I get super basic and obsessed with pumpkin in the fall. Here is my absolute favorite thing I have made thus far, a delicious sweet and salty pumpkin fudge! I crafted this for a friend’s birthday party and it did not disappoint! I followed this recipe here but I also subbed out half of the butter for coconut oil and it was still delicious!

Super Easy Granola Bites

As much as I love the convenience and ease of packing a name-brand granola bar into my bag, I just cannot justify the price and wastefulness of the packaging to myself. That is why I was so excited to find a way to make these super easy granola bites without any baking! They are perfect for making in bulk on a Sunday night!  Simply mix all the above ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Then separate into any shape of your choice!
