Banana Bread Bundt Cake (Vegan)

For Christmas this year, A and I decided not to do gifts since we had just purchased our first home and were trying to save our money. We did however, get each other a Costco membership and call it a “gift”. Costco is like heaven for the environmentally conscious. Everything comes in large bulk containers, meaning that there is so much less packaging being used, and they don’t offer plastic bags, which is equally awesome. 16 Vegan Pantry Staples

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful President’s Day weekend, we had a great time here in Austin. It was our first day to reach over 90 in 2017 and it was stunning. With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I have been searching high and low for a “healthy” black bean brownie recipe. As I talked about in our monthly Currently Digging post, A and I just finished a cleanse and we are trying our best not to break the good habits we have created just because it is a holiday. That is where I got the idea to whip up a batch of black bean brownies. I love these brownies from Chocolate Covered Katie, so I decided to do my own take on them. I made them a little sweeter (hey…

5 Minute Valentine’s Day Treat

Hola chicas! Today we are talking about a super easy and yummy cocomel pretzel treat that you can make in just five minutes (yes you read that right). I have always been a real sucker for Valentine’s Day, it is my mom’s birthday and so I think that has always made it seem extra special. Whether I have had a significant other or not, who doesn’t love an excuse to tell everyone you love them and eat a sh*t ton of chocolate? I’ll take that any day. For these treats I used trusty old JJ’s Cocomels of course (honestly they didn’t…
